Party room rules and regulations:
Please Notice: Once your date/time is confirmed clear on The Basement on Allen's calendar, you will receive a request for payment for the time requested via email. Your event space will not be set into The Basement on Allen's calendar until this payment is received.
The room must be reserved for a minimum of 4hrs. Charge for this time will be $200.00
Additional hrs added on at $50 per hour.
You may rent the room all day (8hrs) for $400.00
All day rental only available on Saturday and Sunday.
Rentals during the weekdays start at 5pm
Max capacity 30-35 people
You will be responsible for all set up and tear down. Garbage to removed and place in garbage receptacle. If we have to hire someone to clean or fix any damage done to the party space you will be charged your deposit as well as the cost of the damage.
Please don’t leave anything behind.
Refrigerator can be used as well as the sink, microwave, coffee pot and preparation tables.
If liquor is being served a liquor liability policy and special events policy will need to be set in place and purchased prior to the date of the reservation. Listing the Basement on Allen LLC as an additional named insured.
Decorating: Do not hang anything from the lights. When hanging décor please do not ruin the surface. ANY DAMAGES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RESERVING PARTY.
Entrance to the back parking lot is off of 8th St. and it is an exit only onto Allen street make sure that your attendees are aware of this as well. We will not be held liable for any accidents that take place on or around our property.
